Ingredients

  1. Chana dal 1- cup,wheat flour 1.5 cup and maida 1/2 cup
  2. Ghee 5- tbsp,salt a pinch, water as required
  3. Dry fruits, sugar 1- cup, cardamom -2

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chana dal for an hour.
    Take 2-3 whistle in cooker.
    then mix it well with a spoon.
    In a pan take 1-tbsp ghee
    then mix chana dal and sugar in it.
    Add dry fruits and cook it well.

    For dough
    Wheat flour, maida and ghee mix all ingredients
    take water make dough.
    add 1tsp ghee and cover dough for 30 minutes

    Make small equal balls
    roll it, stuffed with dal mixture.
    Bake the barwa paratha from both the sides

    Serve with kadi
