Ingredients

  1. 250 gmTotapuri mango
  2. 400 gmSugar
  3. Salt - as per taste
  4. 2 tspDried cumin powder
  5. 1 tspBlack Salt
  6. 10 - 15 Strandssaffron
  7. Water - as required
  8. 1/4 tspYellow colour - (optional)

    Wash totapuri mango and cut it into small pieces and boil it in a cooker.
    Make a pulp and measure it. Take double the amount of sugar from the pulp.

    Add water to sugar and heat it. When there is a boil in it add the pulp to it and mix well. After a boil turn off the gas.

    After the mixture cools down strain it. Add salt, dried cumin powder, yellow food colour and mix it well. Store in an airtight bottle. By the time of serving add water and ice cubes.
