Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupdesi ghee
  2. 2 tspjackfruit flour
  3. 3/4 cupsugar
  4. 1/2 cupchopped jackfruit
  5. 1.5 cuphot milk
  6. Saffron
  7. Cardamom powder
  8. Pinchnutmeg powder
  9. 1/2 cupchopped dry fruit
  10. 1 tspdry coconut powder

    Take ripe jackfruit.take off their seeds. In a mixer jar blend jackfruit and sugar. Keep in sides.

    In a pan pour ghee let it heat up. Add this pasta to it and stir it for five minutes. Make a slurty corn starch add it. Stir it constantly then add milk and cardamom netmug saffron to it. Cook it in low medium heat. Make a thick dough. Let cool down then garnish it with coconut powder and dry fruits.
