  1. 2green chilli
  2. 1 cupchopped cashews
  3. 1 cup melon seeds
  4. 3 spoon oil
  5. 1 tbspn shahi Jeeru
  6. Two greenelaichi
  7. 1 piece cinnamon stick small
  8. 2/3 lavang
  9. 1 bay leaf
  10. 1 spoon adrak paste
  11. 1 spoon white powder or black Mari powder
  12. 1 cup curd
  13. 1/2 cup homemade mavo
  14. Salt to taste

    Assemble all the ingredients

    Take oil in a pan add the khada masala and roast for a few mins
    Allow it cool when cool grind it in a mixie

  3. 3

    Add curds and dry fruits to it and grind it to a smooth gravy store it in an airtight container

  4. 4

    White gravy is ready I have used it to make vegetable korma
