Ingredients

20 minutes
  1. 1 blockHakka Noodles (pre boiled)
  2. 1medium Carrot
  3. 1small Capsicum
  4. 1.5 cupchopped Cabbage
  5. 1big Onion
  6. 2-3green chilli (slit)
  7. 1 tbspGinger
  8. 2 tbspfinely chopped Garlic
  9. 2 tbspSoya Sauce
  10. 2 tbspRed Chilli Sauce
  11. 1 tbspGreen Chilli Sauce
  12. 3 tbspTomato Sauce
  13. 1 tspVinegar
  14. Salt as required
  15. Oil as required

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble ingredients, toss boiled noodles with oil and keep aside.

    In a deep wok / kadhai, heat oil, then add ginger garlic and sauté for few seconds, then add chopped onion and sauté till pinkish then add all veggies and stir fry till veggies turn soft yet crunchy.

    Add salt + sauces to veggies and mix well. Sauté for around 2 minutes.

    Add boiled Noodles and toss well. add pepper powder to boiled noodles and mix gently and make sure that noodles coats well with the veggie mixture.
    Cook further for few more minutes and Chowmein is ready. Transfer to serving dish.

    Serve hot hot and enjoy to the fullest.
