Ingredients

  1. 2 cupcornmeal
  2. 2 tbspmustard oil
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  5. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  6. 1 pinchhing
  7. Water for kneeding dough
  8. Oil for fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add cornmeal.
    Add all spices & oil.
    Knead semi soft dough with water. Rest for 5 minutes.

    Make small balls of dough.
    Roll with pin like poori.

    Make all like poori.

    Heat a kadhai. Add oil.
    Fry all corn meal poori till brown & crisp on medium flam.

    Remove out from oil.
    Ready cornmeal Papadi.

    Serve cornmeal Papadi with chuteny & mix vegetable.
