Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cut into slices of approximately 3 mm. Also cut the garlic into slices. Place on a baking sheet. Season, pour over vegetable oil. Mix.

Cut the onion into thin half rings. Place on potatoes. Mix mayonnaise with chicken spices and barbecue sauce. Coat the chicken and place on the onion.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cover the chicken and potatoes with foil. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, remove the foil and bake the chicken for another 15 minutes until browned. At the very end, sprinkle the cheese on the potatoes, between the pieces of chicken. Turn off the oven.
