Cooking Instructions

First take1/2 chopped methi 2 tbsp chopped coriander 1tsp ajwain1 tsp red chilli powder1/2 tsp turmeric powder1 pinch of salt 1tsp Garam Masala add 1/2 cup besan 3/4 wheat flour 2 tbsp oil 1/2 lemon juice 1/2 sugar powder mix well with besan and make muthiya then fry put in a bowl. Then take all vegetables like1/2cup green peas 1/2 cup tuver beans 4 potato 4 brinjal 2 chopped Ginger Chilli paste

Take a bowl add oil fry all vegetable. Then in a pan add 1/2 cup oil add1/2 tsp carom seed 1/2 muster seed 2 dry red chilli cinnamon seeds1 tsp hing

In Masala oil add all beans then add fry vegetable 1 tablespoon red chilli powder1/2 turmeric powder Garam Masala salt lemon juice sugar powder add all masala then add1/2 water then added fry undhiya ball cook for ten minutes

Then our tasty masaledar Kathiyawadi undhiyu is ready transfer in a serving plate decorate with fry muthiya ball now tasty masaledar Kathiyawadi undhiyu is ready to serve enjoy!!!
