  4. 1ice cream scoop or other form of ball forming equipment

  7. 1/2 poundlean ground pork (optional -just use more ground beef, if your partner has an aversion to pork)
  8. 1/3 cupseasoned bread crumbs
  9. 1egg
  10. 2 tablespoonsmilk
  11. 2 tablespoonsfresh parsley (or dried if it’s winter)
  12. 1 tablespoonparmesan cheese grated
  13. 1/2 teaspoonItalian seasoning
  14. 1/2 teaspoononion powder
  15. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  16. 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper

    Combine beef, pork, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt in a large bowl. Mix until evenly combined.

    Divide into 16 meatballs. a small ice cream scoop is helpful.

    Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
    Place meatballs in a single pan.

    Cook meatballs for 12-14 minutes or until browned and the center of the meatball reaches 165°F.
    Rest 3 minutes before serving. Add to spaghetti sauce.

    Keep leftover meatballs in an airtight container or a zippered bag in the fridge for up to 4 days and in the freezer for up to a month.
