Ingredients

  1. 4plain bagels split in half
  2. 1 Lbpork sausage
  3. 1small diced onion
  4. 1 packagepeppered white country gravy mix that yields 3 cup
  5. 2 cupsmilk
  6. 1 lbshredded pepper jack or white American cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a heavy skillet cook sausage and onion and drain, in a 4 cup sauce pan mix gravy mix and 2 cups milk cook until thick, spread on bagels add sausage and cheese cook at 425 for 15 mins

    Serve with fruit for a balanced meal to start your day!
