Ingredients

  1. 250 grm bhindi washed and dry and cut pieces
  2. 1onion small pieces
  3. 1tomato chopped small pieces
  4. 1onion cut dais/flakes
  5. 1tomato cut dais/flakes/remove seeds
  6. 1 tspginger garlic green chili past
  7. 1/ 4 tsp cumin seeds
  8. 2dry red chili
  9. 1 tspfenugreek dry leaves
  10. 1/2 tspgarammasala powder
  11. 6 tbsoil
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1 tsp red chili powder
  14. 1 tspcoriander powder
  15. 1/4 tsptarmaric powder
  16. Somecoriander leaves
  17. 1 green chili
  18. 3 tbscurd beated

Cooking Instructions

    Arrange and chop onions, tomato, spices and bhindi.

    Take a pan add oil heat add bhindi stir fry until lightly fry and remove keep aside

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil, add onion and saute it,remove and keep aside. In the same pan add more oil and fry onions too and keep aside.

    Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds red chili stir add chopped onion stir fry to cook add tomatoes stir fry to cook together.

    Now add spices and ginger garlic green chili past stir fry to cook well and add curd stir fry to cook until the spices release its flavor.

    Now add fry bhindi stir fry to cook 2 minutes and add onion tomatoes and cook.

    Now add coriander leaves green chili garammasala fenugreek leaves stir and keep slow flame for 5minutes.

    Now transfer into serving bowl and garnish coriander leaves green chili

  9. 9

    Ready to serve with paratha or romali roti
