Natto and Kimchi Sushi Roll Natto and Kimchi Sushi Roll
I've been eating natto and kimchi for some time already, but I saw on a TV show that nori seaweed cleanses your blood, so I made this roll. It's been a lunch staple ever since. There's no need to use a sushi roll mat. Just roll it up, take a bite and enjoy. In order to prevent the natto from coming out as you eat it, press the opposite end of the roll tightly closed with your fingers! You won't have a dirty plate, so cleanup is easy too. Hinamatsuri (Japanese Girls’ Day) Hina Doll Sushi Hinamatsuri (Japanese Girls’ Day) Hina Doll Sushi
This is the Hina Doll (Girls Day Doll) Sushi that has been passed down from generation to generation in my family.I made the inside of the sushi doll with Salmon Chirashi ("scattered" sushi) this time, but it can be any chirashi sushi you'd like.It will make the kimono look cute if you insert a slice of ham or cheese underneath the thin omelet then wrap them around the Empress's body. The angle of the black sesame seeds changes the expression of the dolls drastically!!Perhaps some ketchup can be used for the cheeks and mouth! For one pair of an emperor and empress). Recipe by Santsuko cookpad.japan -

Temari Sushi-Style Rolled Sushi Temari Sushi-Style Rolled Sushi
I was thinking about making temari sushi, but to wrap up each of them one at a time is a bit of a pain. I wanted to be able to make all the base parts at once, so I thought up this recipe. If the roll sushi you make for the base is too fat, then when it's time to eat, it will break apart and become difficult to eat. So, if you use only 3/4 of the nori sheet, you will have a thinner of a roll. This will make it cute and easy to eat! Recipe by megmicky cookpad.japan -
My Family's Easy Hand-Rolled Sushi with Inexpensive Fillings My Family's Easy Hand-Rolled Sushi with Inexpensive Fillings
In my house, if we're looking for something that's fun to make, easy, and delicious, we always opt for hand-rolled sushi. I usually prepare plenty of meat for my meat-loving husband, along with my kid's favorite fillings. It's so simple. There's no need to be too precise with the seasonings for the meat. Aside from what's listed, ingredients such as kimchi, sesame sauce, Japanese omelet, wiener sausages, and more make appearances at our table. All of them are so easy to prepare. Temari Sushi (Bite-sized Sushi Balls) Temari Sushi (Bite-sized Sushi Balls)
I changed the temari sushi ingredients to those I love and simplified the cooking method. That shortened the recipe accordingly.Spread wasabi if desired when shaping the rice firmly. It might be easy and cute if you make chirashi sushi, not temari sushi balls, in a square container and wrap with very thin omelets and cucumber slices. I will give it a try next time. Recipe by yakopuyo cookpad.japan
