Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1Sushi vinegar
  2. 1Nori (dried seaweed sheet)
  3. 450 gramsHot cooked rice
  4. Fillings:
  5. 1Negitoro (minced fatty tuna with scallions)
  6. 1Imitation crab sticks
  7. 1Shrimp
  8. 1Salmon roe
  9. 2Cucumbers
  10. 1Lettuce
  11. 1 canCanned tuna
  12. 1Mayonnaise
  13. 1Shiso leaves
  14. 1Tamagoyaki
  15. 1Tuna (sashimi quality)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the sushi vinegar in with the rice.

  2. 2

    Make the tamagoyaki. Remove the oil from the canned tuna and mix it with the mayonnaise. Slice the cucumbers and tear the lettuce.

  3. 3

    Lay everything out and you're done! You can eat it with strong soy sauce, mayonnaise, etc.
