Ingredients

  1. 6boil eggs
  2. 3tomato chopped
  3. 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 cup oil
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp red chili powder
  8. 1 tsp coriander powder
  9. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 cup curd
  11. 1 cup brown onion
  12. 1 tsp fenugreek leaves
  13. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  14. Some coriander leaves chopped
  15. 2 green chili chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds green chili stir fry add ginger garlic paste add tomato stir fry to cook well add salt red chili powder coriander powder tarmaric powder stir fry to cook

    Grind brown onion and curd add stir fry to cook well

  3. 3

    Now add fenugreek leaves garammasala stir and add boil eggs cut and add masala

  4. 4

    Now cook 2minutes and add coriander leaves and flame off

  5. 5

    Now transfer into serving bowl and garnish coriander leaves

  6. 6

    Ready to serve with paratha or romali roti
