Cooking Instructions

Boil milk till it reduced to half and then add sugar powder and mix well.
Stir continuously for 8 - 10 mins then switch off the gas.
Add cardamom powder and mix well. - 2
Dry roast the makhana and blend to make a powder.
Also blend the cashew nuts and make a powder.
Add the cashew nuts powder and makhana powder into the dried milk or mawa and mix well.

Pour the mixture over greased plate.
Now make the shape of kaju katli.
