Healthy, tasty and easy to make Drumstick leaves soup.
Drumstick leaves contain loads of Vitamin A, Vitamin B1 (thiamine), Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (niacin), and Vitamin C (ascorbic acid).
Cooking Instructions

Take fresh drumstick leaves. Clean the leaves and wash them in water 1-2 times.

Crush ½ tsp black peppercorn in a pestle. Keep all ingredients ready.

Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a saucepan. Next add cumin and let it sizzle. Then add garlic, ginger and saute for a few seconds.

Add white part of spring onion and saute for 2 minutes. Then add tomatoes, green part of spring onion and cook till tomatoes become soft.

Add black peppercorn, turmeric powder and mix. Add in drumstick leaves and saute for 5 mins.

Add 2 cups of water.

Then add salt and cook on medium to high heat for 10-15 minutes or until the soup is reduced by half.

Turn off the heat and serve hot.

Before serving, you can strain the soup.

Or if you don't want to strain the soup. You can drink the soup without straining.
