Bhaidku

I've always been drawn to simple, authentic, and traditional recipes that require minimal ingredients. Bhaidku, a classic Gujarati dish, fits the bill perfectly. This year, I've made a conscious decision to incorporate more bajara (pearl millet) and jowar (sorghum) into my diet, and I'm excited to share this traditional recipe with you as part of my culinary resolution.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Collect all ingredients together and roast it on low flame. Grind it in the mixie. Add broken rice.
- 2
Add coarse Maize Flour and broken wheat. Mix it well. Store it in the airtight container.
- 3
To prepare Bhaidku, take a cup of bhaidku premix. Add buttermilk and keep it aside. Add oil in a pan. Add mustard.
- 4
Add fresh grounded green chillies and ginger, and turmeric. Saute for some time. Add soaked bhaidku premix. Add glass of water and continue to cook on low flame. Add coriander leaves and serve hot.

Tip - You can decide thickness. I like soup kind of consistency so I kept that way. You also can add vegetables of your choice.

Easy, Sweet and Yummy! How to Boil Corn on the Cob Easy, Sweet and Yummy! How to Boil Corn on the Cob
I learned this from someone at work. I was shocked at how easy and delicious it was... and adapted itIn step 4, the corn will still be OK if you don't turn it over, but it may be cooked a bit unevenly. If you don't want to turn them over though, just microwave for 5 to 6 minutes.I've already said this in the instructions, but please be careful not to burn yourself. It's really hot when you take it out! Recipe by natsuno cookpad.japan -

Japanese Pearl Kan Citrus Peel Japanese Pearl Kan Citrus Peel
Even without doing anything to take care of it, the tree in our backyard produces lots of pesticide-free pearl kan fruits. Since they are completely organic, the skins can be used practically.I learned this from my mother who used to boil yuzu peels and deliver them around the neighborhood. If you use a citrus fruit that has a hard skin with a thick white part (such as oranges, mandarin oranges, yuzu, pomelo, etc), you can make this following the same procedure. Since citrus fruits that have a thick white section absorb lots of water when soaked, pay attention to their condition and adjust the amount of water as necessary. Recipe by kiwicafe cookpad.japan
