Roasted bell pepper sauce for pasta Roasted bell pepper sauce for pasta
This is a recipe that I came up with one day when I was roasting some bell peppers to preserve in oil. It has since become a family favorite, both as a side dish (like in the photo) or as a main. I use fresh homemade pasta, but it works well with store bought spaghetti or fettuccine noodles. Martin Jon Madsen -
Peach Jalapeño BBQ Sauce Peach Jalapeño BBQ Sauce
I like making & trying different BBQ sauces that aren't tomato based. This one is mildly spicy, but you can easily adjust to your preference by adding more or less jalapeño. Use as you would any BBQ sauce. Was delicious on our grilled pork tenderloin medallions! I'm looking forward to trying it as a dipping sauce for egg rolls and pork wontons! Yum!#GoldenApron23 Maggie Conlon -

Poquito Picante Hot Sauce by Boca de Fogo Poquito Picante Hot Sauce by Boca de Fogo
I am so happy that I finally nailed an everyday SoCal taco shop red hot sauce! For a while I've been trying different things to get that taste that I grew up with in Southern California's taco shops and I just seem to miss something every time. But not this time! This is a medium red sauce so everyone should be able to handle the heat level and it has a very unique, almost sweet taste mixing habanero and serrano peppers. I hope you enjoy! Boca de Fogo -
