Ingredients

  1. 100 gmsVermicelli sewain
  2. 4 tbspSugar
  3. 500 gmsMilk
  4. 1 tbspClarified butter / ghee
  5. 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  6. 4-5 dropsKevra water
  7. 2 tspCrushed almonds
  8. 1 tspRaisins
  9. Pistachio - for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat clarified butter / ghee and roast the sewaiya on medium flame.
    Heat milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
    Once boiled,keep it on a low flame.
    Add the roasted sewaiya in the boil milk..

    Cook for ten mins.in a low flame.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Add crushed almonds and raisins.

    Garnish with chopped pistachio.
