Ingredients

  1. 2 BowlMoong dal
  2. 2-3Green Chilli
  3. 2 InchGinger
  4. 1 TbspSalt
  5. 1 TbspCumin Seeds
  6. 1 TbspRed Chilli Powder
  7. 1/2 BowlGhee
  8. 1/2 Bowl Water

Cooking Instructions

    At first, wash the dal properly and soak 2-3 hours. Take a grinding jar add dal, green chilli and ginger. Grind it properly. Add little water if needed.

    Grind into a fine paste. Take it out in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder and cumin seeds. Mix everything well.

    Heat a non-stick tawa. Grease with ghee. Pour batter on the tawa and spread gently. Let it cook for 1-2 minute for medium flame. Flip it and cook for both sides till golden brown and crispy.

    Moong dal Cheela is ready now. Serve hot with green chutney and khatti-meethi sauth and enjoy.......😋😋
