Wood Apple also known as bael. It is the superfood of summer, it is full of nutrients, it also prevents dehydration Wood Apple is one of the main fruits that provide relief in summer. Since, the risk of dehydration is very high in summer. In such a situation, there are many benefits of including wood apple in your diet.
So here I have used mint leaves, black salt, lemon juice, chia seeds to make a super and healthy bell cooler.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupbael pulp
  2. 3 tbspJaggery or as needed
  3. 6 leavesmint
  4. Taste to black salt
  5. 2 tbsplemon juice or as needed
  6. 1 tbspchia seeds
  7. as neededCold Water
  8. 2-3ice cube

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the stone apple fruit in half scrap out the pulp into a bowl. Add little water and jaggery. Once the jaggery is mixed in, pass the pulp through a mesh strainer to separate the seeds and fiber. Discard the seeds and fiber.

    3. Now take a bowl add water and chia seeds. Keep a side for 5 minutes.

    2.Into the bael pulp, add mint leaves, black salt, and lemon juice and muddle everything together. Now add 1 cup of chilled water to dilute. You may add more water according to requirement.

    Now take few ice cubes in a serving glass. Add a tbsp soaked chia seeds and Pour bael cooler. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled. I have served in the hard shell of the bael also.
