Cooking Instructions

Assemble ingredients, grind soaked Urad Dal. Add salt + red chilli powder + Sooji. Keep aside for around 10 minutes.

Now add green chilli + Cumin seeds and mix well. Batter is done.

Heat sufficient Oil, drop small small quantity of batter and deep fry till golden brown.
- 4
Uard Dal Vada is done. Serve hot hot.
