Ingredients

  1. 500 gmwheat flour
  2. 100 mlghee
  3. 2 tspsalt
  4. 2 tspajwain
  5. 2 tspkasuri maithi
  6. 250 mloil for fry
  7. 1 cupLukewarm water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl or parat.Add whole wheat flour salt ghee aaijwain & kasurimaithi.Mix well.Add water & Knead a tight dough.Make small balls.

    Roll with pin. Prick the surface of each mathari with a fork to prevent puffing.

    Heat oil in kadhai. Deep fry all mathari. till brown & crispy.

    Remove out from oil.Cool them. Transfere in to a jar.serve all time with tea & coffee.
