Ingredients

  1. 3ripe mangoes
  2. 1/2 cupwhipping cream
  3. 1/4 cupcondensed milk
  4. 1/4 cupmilk powder
  5. 1/3 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Collect ripe mangoes,peel off the skin, cut into pieces. Keep ready condensed milk, milk powder and fresh milk.

    Take a blender jar, add condensed milk, milk, Mango pieces,and milk powder,blend into a fine puree. Keep it aside.

    Using an electric beater, beat the whipping cream on low speed, gradually increasing the speed to high, and best until the stiff peaks form.

    Take a big bowl, add the cream, mango, condensed milk, milk powder mix, mix well with a spatula to combine well. Now Mango ice cream is ready

    Transfer the prepared ice cream to another bowl, close with a lid. Keep it in the freezer for overnight.

    Remove the ice cream from the freezer and transfer to a ice cream bowl. keep some mango pieces on top. Enjoy the yummy home made mango ice-cream.
