Ingredients

  1. 200 grampaneer
  2. 1chopped tomato
  3. 1 TSPginger paste
  4. 2red chilli
  5. 1bay leaves
  6. 1tsp turmeric powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 1tsp cumin seeds powder
  9. 4cashew nuts
  10. 50gramraisins
  11. 2cardamom
  12. 1cinnamon
  13. 1tsp coriander powder
  14. 1 tspkasuri methi
  15. 2tsp ghee
  16. 1tsp yoghurt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan and ghee.Once the ghee is heated add all the whole spices and saute them for a minute.Add the ginger paste red chilli and green chilli paste.Stir continuously till it gets pink in color cook for 3-4 minutes.

    To it add ginger paste and cook till the raw smell vanishes.Next add the red chilli powder and salt and mix well.Put the tomato paste and cook till water gets dry.Add yogurt salt and mix properly and again for 5 minutes.

    Shahi paneer is ready. Spread the kasuri methi and yogurt on shahi paneer.
