  2. 2 tablespoon Rice flour
  3. 2 tablespoon gram flour
  4. 1onion 🧅
  5. 2 green chilli
  6. 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  7. 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder
  8. 2 tablespoonCurd
  9. 1 tablespoon garam masala
  10. 1 teaspoon sugar
  11. 1 tablespoon aamchur powder
  12. Coriander par taste
  13. Salt par taste
  14. 3/4 table spoon Oil

    Soak the black gram overnight, and in the morning drain the water, add more water and salt, and let it cool down. After that, when the gram gets cold, drain the water and drain it.

    Add chopped green chillies and onions to it. Grind the gram, onion and chillies in a mixer until they are fine. Now add all the spices and yogurt to it, mix well, fry it in a non-stick pan, garnish with coriander and onion rings, and serve hot. You can also fry it, but it will be healthier and tastier if you fry it.
