I am officially trading in my custards for this nutrition packed CHIA SEED and MANGO PARFAIT!

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspsChia seeds
  2. 1/2 packcoconut milk
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. coconut Shredded
  5. 2 tbspshoney
  6. 1mango pulp chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, water, shredded coconut and honey well.

  2. 2

    Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then stir and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.

    Chop ripe mango and chill.

  4. 4

    When serving, layer mango and chia seed mixture. Enjoy. It has a very pudding texture.
