This cheese cake is so creamy because it's baked by low temperature 160℃ and cooled down in oven.

This cheese cake is so creamy because it's baked by low temperature 160℃ and cooled down in oven.
Cooking Instructions

Crush the biscuit before the package open
- 2
Mix sugar and melted butter with crashed biscuit. Put it and push in cake mold.

Conbine cream cheese, sugar and condensed milk in bowl with hand mixer.

Add fresh cream and eggs till the cheese cream mixture so moist.

Add flour and lemon.

Pour in cake mold. And bake in 160℃ preheated oven for 35 minutes.

Mix sour cream and condensed milk.

Put on the baked cheese cake. And bake in oven for more 5 minutes.

Keep it in oven for an hour to cool it down.

Refrigerate the cake and garnish with dark cherry.
