Ingredients

  1. 25Ritz biscuit
  2. 1 tablespoonsugar
  3. 1 tablespoonbutter
  4. 200 gcream cheese
  5. 30 gsugar
  6. 4 tablespooncondensed milk
  7. 200 mlfresh cream
  8. 2eggs
  9. 1 tablespoonflour
  10. 1 tablespoonbutter
  11. 1 teaspoonfresh lemon juice
  12. 1/2 cupsour cream
  13. 1 tablespooncondensed milk

Cooking Instructions

    Crush the biscuit before the package open

  2. 2

    Mix sugar and melted butter with crashed biscuit. Put it and push in cake mold.

    Conbine cream cheese, sugar and condensed milk in bowl with hand mixer.

    Add fresh cream and eggs till the cheese cream mixture so moist.

    Add flour and lemon.

    Pour in cake mold. And bake in 160℃ preheated oven for 35 minutes.

    Mix sour cream and condensed milk.

    Put on the baked cheese cake. And bake in oven for more 5 minutes.

    Keep it in oven for an hour to cool it down.

    Refrigerate the cake and garnish with dark cherry.
