At first, eggs boil karo. Make the pieces of the egss aur unko pan me thodasa oil aur red mirch powder aur pinch of salt dalke fry karlo. Aur fry hone ke bad plate me Nikal lo.

Simple rice or basmati rice whatever you want, firstly use dhoke adha ghanta bhigo kar rakho, bad me use salt dalke paka lo. Add 1 tsf cooking oil or ghee while making rice. Rice ban Jane par ek pan me Nikal lo. Uspe thoda Kali Miri power sprink karo.

Ek bade pan me, cooking oil dalo, medium flame par Rai, jeera dalo. Then adrak- lahsun paste dalo. Tejpatta dalo. Dalchini dalo. Laung dalo. Chopped 1 onion dalke achchi tarah se brown hone tak fry karo. Fir Usme 2 tsf biryani masala dalo. Garam masala 1/2 tsf, Red mirch powder 1/2 tsf dalo. Slight salt add karo. Aur flame slow kar do.

Adhe bache hue mixture me adha cooked rice dal do.

Uparse bajume nikala hua mixture dal do.

Fir bacha hua rice uske upar dal do.

Low flame par dhak kar 8-10 mints rakho.

Dhakkan Nikal kar use mix karo.

Hara Djaniya cut karke upar se dalo,mix karo aur garam garam serve karo.
