Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwhite chole (soak over night)
  2. 6 glasswater
  3. 1/4 spoonmetha soda
  4. 4 spoonchana dal
  5. 3 table spoonoil
  6. 4tomato (pyure)
  7. 2bey leaf
  8. 2black cardamom
  9. 4clove
  10. 4black paper
  11. In inch ginger (paste)
  12. 3green chilli (paste)
  13. 1/4 spoonred chilli powder
  14. 1/4 spoongaram masala
  15. 1/4 spoonchole masala
  16. Coriander leave (finally chopped)

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pressure cooker add, chana dal, chole, salt, soda, water and, 3 wissle and 30 minutes in low flam.

    Take a one pan add some oil, bey leaf, cardamom, black paper, clove saute in a few minutes.

    Add ginger, green chilli paste and burn it.

  4. 4

    Add tomato and burn, till extra oil, add salt, red chilli powder, chole masala, garam masala and mix it.

    Serve in a bowl and garnish it coriander leave.

    Now, ready to eat.
