Ingredients

  1. 3 CRolled oats
  2. 1 CNuts
  3. 1 CDried fruits
  4. 1/2 CCoconut flakes
  5. 1/2 CSeeds, Grains
  6. 1/2 COil
  7. 1/2 CMaple syrup (Replace 1/3 to water for less sweet taste)
  8. 2 tspand up. Spices(cinnamon, carob, nutmeg, cardamon, cloves, etc.)
  9. 1 tspHimalayan salt(or Sea salt or kosher salt)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 335F/170C.

    Mix together all the ingredients.

    Place it on a baking plate and bake for about 30mins!

    *Key to make it chunky - leave the granola untouched until it's completely cooled. Then break it into your preferred sizes.
