Ingredients

  1. 250 gmspaneer
  2. 150 gmsgreen peas
  3. 2-3onion
  4. 5-6garlic
  5. 1 pieceginger
  6. 2green chilli
  7. 2-3tomatoes
  8. 1 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1/2garam masala
  12. 1/2ts kitchen king masala
  13. 1 spoonkasoori methi
  14. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  15. Big spoon oil
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. Chopped coriander for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Blanch the peas

    Make a fine paste of ginger garlic green chilli and onion

  3. 3

    Make a paste of tomatoes

  4. 4

    Heat oil in pan and add the onion paste

  5. 5

    Cook till it is light pink in color

  6. 6

    Add tomato paste turmeric powder coriander powder and salt

  7. 7

    Cook till it leaves oil

  8. 8

    Add rest of the dry masala and 1 glass water and slow down the gas flame add blanched peas to it

    Cover it with lid and let it cook till the gravy is little thick

  10. 10

    Cut the paneer in cubes and add to it

  11. 11

    Mix it with light hands and in end add kasoori methi and off the gas

  12. 12

    Close it with lid and rest it for 5 minutes before serving

  13. 13

    Take it out in a serving bowl garnish it with chopped coriander and serve it with roti or naan
