Crispy Fish Sausage and Corn Gyoza Crispy Fish Sausage and Corn Gyoza
My children love gyoza. I only had one fish sausage, and I thought about just cutting it up and wrapping it into the gyoza, but then I would end up with leftover gyoza skins, and it was a bit difficult to wrap... So I thought that I would mix it together in a blender with onions to make a paste, and I was able to make tons of gyoza.I use one 85 g fish sausage. You can put the fish sausage and onions into a blender to turn it into a paste. Recipe by Dokintan cookpad.japan -
Delicious Crispy Deep-Fried Pork Filet Cutlets Delicious Crispy Deep-Fried Pork Filet Cutlets
This is a standard recipe in our home.Step 1: If you can, pound the meat until it gets thin (about 1 cm).If you want to deep-fry large filets, cut so they're about 2-3 cm thick and then use a meat pounder to flatten (until they become half the thickness)If you don't have a meat pounder, cover the bottom of a small glass bottle with plastic wrap and then pound. Basic Breaded Deep Fried Oysters Basic Breaded Deep Fried Oysters
This is a family favorite that I've been making for a long time. You can enjoy it with a tartare sauce-like mixture of mayonnaise (3 tablespoons) + grainy mustard (1 to 2 teaspoons). In Step 1, if the odor of the oysters bothers you, soak them in milk for a while after rinsing them in water. In Step 2, put the cake flour in a plastic bag and coat the oysters in the flour. Shake off any excess flour. Also in Step 2, use fresh panko for plump, soft fried oysters. In Step 3, if you fry the oysters for too long, they will shrink. Just fry them briefly. Deep-Fried and Simmered New Potatoes Deep-Fried and Simmered New Potatoes
My sons don't eat simmered satoimo (taro root) - this is the only simmered dish they get excited about. I make this whenever I find new potatoes.Since the skins are left on, the flavoring will not penetrate to the inside so the potatoes don't become too rich in flavor. Be modest with the amount of sugar so that the simmering sauce doesn't get too strong. Adjust the amount of sugar to taste. Recipe by Hoink cookpad.japan -

Fried Beef Sausage with Potato Pancakes Fried Beef Sausage with Potato Pancakes
YUMMO!! Usually use a fry pan for both of these, but decided to try the deep dish bake pan from the Foreman Evolve System. Worked great. Had a bowl - which was used to make the potatoes in and to mix ingredients, the deep dish pan, a plate and utensils......cant ask for easier clean up. I did use beef sausage, as I really don't do pork. Add what you like to it, onions, garlic, chives, cheese, etc. Sheila Calnan -

Fried Diced Haddock in a Sweet-Savory Sauce Fried Diced Haddock in a Sweet-Savory Sauce
I wanted to get my kids, who are very particular about what they eat, to eat fish! I made the haddock into cute diced fried bits, like I used to have in my school lunches.Fresh haddock is the most delicious, but if you don't have any, sweet-salted haddock can also be used as-is. If you're using salted haddock and you feel it's too salty, soak it in light salt water (1 liter of water with a tablespoon of salt) for 3-4 hours to remove the saltiness.
