Everytime I cook my chicken breasts.I always collect the chicken skins and store them in the freezer.Why you have to throw them away if you can turn them into the crunchy snack like this.Let's get started!!

Ingredients

  1. 400 gramschicken skins
  2. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  3. 1 tablespoonwhite pepper powder
  4. 1/4 cupall purpose flour
  5. 1 tablespooncorn starch
  6. cooking oil for deep frying
  7. salt for seasoning
  8. 1/2pot water for boiling

Cooking Instructions

    Heat the water in the pot on high heat.Boil the chicken skins until cooked about 15 mins.

    When the chicken skins cool down.Flip them over and scrape of the excess fat under the skin to prevent the hot oil splash while cooking.Then cut into bite size pieces.

    Marinate the chicken skins with soy sauce and white pepper powder for 5-10 minutes.Then put the flour into the marinated mixture.

    Use your hand to mix the mixture evenly.

    Heat the oil in the pot on medium heat.Carefully pour the chicken skins into the hot oil and cover the lid until the oil stop splashing.Turn on low heat and deep fried them until golden brown and become crispy**

    Drain the excess oil and sprinkle some salt to taste.Toss to coat evenly and enjoy!!

    Note **Keep an eye on the pot and gently stir the chicken skins every 3-4 minutes to cooked them golden brown evenly and not stick to each other**
