Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar

Another bowl mix eggs, milk, and vanilla

Add step 1 and 2 together in same bowl, consistency should be not to thick or thin

Heat vegetable oil 360°F.

Use funnel release the batter into oil making circular motions, fry until golden brown on both sides.

Drain on paper towel, sprinkle with sifted confection sugar
