
Cooking Instructions

whisk ingredients 2-5 together and place in bag with chicken

refrigerate chicken for at least 30 minutes

cook the pasta while making sauce

for the sauce:

melt stick of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat
- 6
add a garlic and bacon bits
- 7
saute for 5 minutes stirring frequently
- 8
add the flour, parmesan cheese, heavy cream, milk, pepper and salt. Whisk together.

bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and bring to a simmer. Stir occasionally

in a large bowl combine the parmesan, mozzarella, garlic and parsley. Set aside.

in a large skillet cook the chicken until done. cut into pieces.

add the cut chicken into the sauce mixture, and let it simmer for about 3 minutes

place pasta in large serving bowl and pour the sauce over the pasta

add in the parmeasn, mozz, garlic and parsley mixture, and mix together
