  1. 1 cupraw pumpkin seeds(soaked,rinced,dried)
  2. 6 tbspwhite sugar
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tsppumpkin pie spice
  5. 1 tbspvegetable oil

    preheat oven to 250

  2. 2

    spread seeds in a single layer on baking sheet.

    toast 45 minutes stirring occasionally.

    in a large bowl stir together 2tbs sugar, salt and pumpkin pie spice. set aside.

    heat oil in frying pan over medium/high heat.

  6. 6

    add cooked seeds and remaining sugar to pan. stir until covered and melted.

  7. 7

    pour coated seeds into bowl of sugar and spices. toss seeds to coat.

Wonderful! even though I did the recipe a bit backwards due to my little ones distraction, they came out delicious. I roasted them twice second time after covering them in spices and my family, co-workers and neighbors loved them! I used pink salt. ~(o.o)~
