This is a family favorite. My kids love it because the peppers are sweet. My husband loves it because its covered with cheese and I love it because they eat every last bite.

Ingredients

  1. 1red bell pepper
  2. 1orange bell pepper
  3. 1yellow bell pepper
  4. 3skinless/boneless chicken breasts
  5. 2 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
  6. 12 slicepepper jack cheese
  7. 1/2 cupbread crumbs
  8. 3/4 cupitalian dressing

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 375

  2. 2

    slice the peppers into quarters and clean out the seeds.

  3. 3

    cover chicken breasts with Italian dressing and bread crumbs and bake in large dish for 15 min.

  4. 4

    add the peppers and bake for an additional 10 min.

  5. 5

    then cover everything in a thick layer of mozz cheese then on top of that cover with pepper jack cheese and bake for an additional 10-15 min.
