Ingredients

  1. 2 cupPancake mix
  2. 1/2 cupCrushed grahm cracker
  3. 2 boxCream cheese
  4. 1/4 cupSugar
  5. 1 cupMilk
  6. 2Eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Crush grahm crackers with a wooden spoon until powder like crums (some chunks are okay)

    melt cream cheese in microwave until liquid (you can also freeze overnight and cut bite size chunks to be poured in to recipe)

    Mix pancake mix, grahm crackers, sugar, eggs, and milk

    add cream cheese

  5. 5

    mix with a whisk or fork in large bowl until no chunks are seen (creame cheese chunks are okay)

    pour into lightly greased pan on medium high

  7. 7

    wait for edges to dry in the pan, flip, and wait for pancake to brown. Make sure the pancake is cooked thouroughly, doughi-ness will result into sickness

    serve and enjoy. Top with a strawberry syrup for best taste.

    whipped cream is also recommended :)

    Pour 1/3 cup of mix per pancake!!
