Ingredients

30 mins
8 servings
  1. 1 lbspicy italian sausage
  2. 1/2 lbground veal
  3. 1/2 lblean ground beef
  4. 1/2 cupAsiago cheese, finely grated
  5. 1/3 cupmilk
  6. 2 cupItalian bread crumbs
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1/4 cupfinely chopped flat parsley
  9. 1/4 cupfinely chopped fresh oregeno
  10. 1salt and pepper (fresh ground) to taste
  11. 3 clovegarlic, minced

Cooking Instructions

30 mins

    THOROUGHLY mix ingredients together, using your bare hands.

    put back in the refrigerator for at least an hour

  3. 3

    roll into balls about the same size as a hard boiled egg, but round.

  4. 4

    place raw meatballs on q not stick cookie sheet, almost touching.

  5. 5

    brush tops lightly with olive oil

  6. 6

    broil on high for 8 minutes, flip meatballs, brush the other side with olive oil and broil for another 8 minutes.

    add to a marinara sauce, and simmer for at least 25 minutes.

    serve over spaghetti, grate romano cheese on top before serving.

    enjoy.

these sound almost like my family meatball recipe (which I am forbidden to share, along with our sauce recipe! lol)...not many people use the 3 meats but that's how you get the yummiest meatballs. they look amazing! :hungry
