Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4 mediumpotatoes
  2. 1/4 cupbacon (cooked & crumbled)
  3. 1/4 cupof cheddar cheese
  4. 1/2 cupof melted butter
  5. 1Salt & Pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    wash the potatoes and cut into fans..1/4 inch slices try not to go all the way threw..

  3. 3

    place the potatoes in a baking dish

  4. 4

    next pour your melted butter over the potatoes..trying to get into the slits..

  5. 5

    Sprinkle salt & pepper..use as much or as little as u like..

  6. 6

    Put a dap of butter on top of each potatoe half way threw the cooking process

  7. 7

    About 10 mins before potatoes are finished add the bacon & cheese to the top & finish cooking..

    Cook aprox. 1hour

  9. 9

    * Tip- after cooking we added chives & sour cream..optional but delicious!! Enjoy!!

My camera on my phone messed up and pic didn't turn out. Very yummy! I added sour cream and diced onion to mine and it was wonderful.
