Baked Potato Baked Potato
I saw a picture of a baked potato and tried modifying the recipe to make it my own way. It looks delicious too.If you want the potato to be soft, please wrap the potato in foil. If you want the new potato to retain some of its crispness, bake it without the foil. Depending on the size of the potato, the baking time may vary. Soaking the potato in water to get rid of the starchiness is the key to keeping the layers from sticking together. Recipe by Zosankitchen. cookpad.japan -
