Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupall pupose flour
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 2 tspbaking powder
  4. 1 cupbuttermilk or whole milk
  5. 1/3 cupcanola or vegetable oil
  6. 2eggs
  7. 1 cupfresh or frozen blueberries

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    preheat oven 425

  2. 2

    combine flour, sugar and baking soda. whisk together milk, oil, and eggs. mix together and add blueberries. fill each cup three-quarters full. bake 15-18 min

I followed the instructions and the ingredients exactly and I was not impressed with the outcome. The muffins were very bland. I was skeptical as soon as i saw that the batter was really liquidy. :/ Even after the muffins were finished baking I went back through the ingredients just to make sure that I hadn't by some odd chance forgotten to put an ingredient in. Needless to say I added everything and did just what the instructions said. Now I have bland muffins and I'm thinking I should probably give them to the neighbors dog.
