Stuffed Breakfast Biscuits

My family loved them! Can be made with a variety of ingredients : sausage, hashbrowns, etc. I made some with shredded cheddar cheese and some with pepper jack for the extra kick. The biscuits can easily be frozen and reheated in the microwave.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 425°
- 2
Fry bacon and set aside on paper towels to drain
- 3
Scramble 6 of the 7 eggs
- 4
Stretch and pull each biscuit (about 2-3 inches bigger than the original size)
- 5
Place egg, bacon, and cheese on top of each stretched biscuit
- 6
Pull edges of biscuit to the top and pinch closed, place biscuit pinched side down on greased cookie sheet
- 7
Beat remaining egg with water and brush each biscuit with mixture
- 8
Season tops of biscuits with salt and pepper
- 9
Bake for 8-10 minutes (check at 8 minutes and leave in longer if not golden brown)

Just came up with this idea for breakfast and I decided to let you guys see how easy and quick it is... PLEASE don't use the cheese that doesn't melt because it won't taste as good. Good luck. hungry_human -

Once you eat one fresh out of the oven, you won't be able to stop. They're also delicious the next day. Thank you for 2000 likes! The story behind this recipe: My child is allergic to eggs, so we can't go to KFC. The dough can be frozen. Just brush with glaze and bake for 1-2 minutes longer if baking from frozen. If the dough is difficult to handle, be careful not to melt it with body heat. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or press it together in a bowl before folding.うさぎのりゅう
