Stuffed Breakfast Biscuits

Ingredients

8-16 servings
  1. 1 lb.Breakfast sausage
  2. 1/2 cupbacon crumbles
  3. 8eggs
  4. 1 cupshredded cheese
  5. 16jumbo canned biscuits (2 cans of 8 each), I used Grands flaky biscuits
  6. Everything bagel seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Cook your breakfast sausage and bacon crumbles, breaking into small pieces

  2. 2

    Scramble the eggs and cook, breaking up to bite size pieces

  3. 3

    Let the eggs and meat cool to room temperature.

  4. 4

    Mix the meat, eggs, and cheese together once cooled.

  5. 5

    Now preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 large baking trays with oil.

  6. 6

    Separate the biscuits and very gently stretch them in your hands until about double the size.

  7. 7

    While holding the stretched biscuit in one hand, put about 2 heaping spoonfulls in the center.

    Now using your other hand, pull the dough up and pinch together at the top.

    Place biscuits seam side down onto the trays.

  10. 10

    Sprinkle with bagel seasoning and press it in lightly.

  11. 11

    Bake for 20 minutes of until dark golden brown.
