Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupButter, Softened
  2. 1 1/2 cupBrown Sugar, Packed
  3. 3 eachEggs
  4. 1 cupSour Cream
  5. 1 cupHalf & Half
  6. 1 1/2 cupMilk
  7. 1 cupBanana Flavored Rum (may substitute other banana flavored liqueur)
  8. 2 tspCinnamon
  9. 1 dashVanilla Extract
  10. 6 eachBananas, Sliced
  11. 1 lbFrench Bread, cubed

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325°F.

    Cream together butter and brown sugar.

  3. 3

    Add eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.

  4. 4

    Add cinnamon and vanilla.

  5. 5

    Add sour cream, half & half, milk, and rum until fully blended.

  6. 6

    Combine liquid mixture with sliced bananas and bread and fold together until bread soaks up most of the liquid.

    Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13 baking dish.

    Place in oven for 90 minutes or until top id golden brown, and pudding is firm and set.

    Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting.
