make rice as directed,and put chicken on baking pan and then put on the rub and cover according to taste

put chicken in oven at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes depending on the size of chicken

This is basic and can be made in any shape form or fashion. Add ons for days. I like peas in mine but today I went bare bones. This is inexpensive, but rich and flavorful. I use whatever i have on hand for the chicken broth, I'll use homemade, canned or bouillon and water, it all works really well. I use extra long grain rice from La Preferida Brand, because it gets so creamy. I make some green beans with onion to serve with it, cuz I like to mix it together! nanarenee -

So this is the grandmama version. Pay no attention to the picture. This is a leftover pic bc I forgot to take a picture freshy fresh.... Tip: if you're not one of 20 ppl in America to have minute rice then use 1 & 1/2 cups rice with two cups of water and cook halfway (about 5 minutes) then add that to the casserole. If you use this method cut the 2 cups water to be mixed in the casserole into 1 cup water Chris -
