make herbal butter from my profile (butter, lemon, garlic powder, parsley, thyme, etc)

lay 2 layers of aluminium foil about 18" long each

sprinkle both sides of fish with salt.

lay fish in middle of 2 layers of foil.. put 2 pats of butter on each price of fish (2Tbsp). lay 2 slices of lemon on top of fish. fold foil down and then fold in like a big pouch.. lay on either grill to cook or place on cookie sheet and place in oven..

cook for about 15-20 min at 350°.... fish should be white and flaky...
