  1. 12 ozsalmon filets
  2. 2 tbspsalted sweet cream butter
  3. 1 tbspfreshly ground ginger
  4. 1/4 tsplemon & pepper seasoning salt
  5. 1fresh lemon juice
  6. 1 smallonion, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Put onion, 1 tablespoon of butter, and ginger in a pan

  2. 2

    Brown onions till they become a clear/ light brown. Stir frequently.

  3. 3

    Slice salmon into bite size pieces and add to the pan.

  4. 4

    Add the other tablespoon of butter, lemon pepper seasoning, and a couple squirts of lemon juice.

  5. 5

    Cook until salmon is done

  6. 6

    Serve with sticky rice
