Cooking Instructions

Make dosa batter first.

Soak both rice for 5 hours.

Soak fenugreek seeds & urad daal in another boil with enough water.

After 5 hours make 2 different smooth paste.

Mix both the mixture, cover it & keep aside for fermentation.

Once fermented mix it well.

Make small dosa now.Heat a non stick pan, add 1 tspn batter & make mini dosa.

Now apply tomato & tamarind-green chutney on dosa & arrange it one after another using a toothpick
